Son of the of the Company Founder, John is a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with a proven ability to deliver a client experience that is second to none.
John is responsible for the day-to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales, relationships and business development. Making sure that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients whilst maintaining the company’s first class service delivery to the existing customer base.
Darren Shaw
Darren is the man who makes Better Selected and Better Managed Workforces happen. Overseeing the daily workings of the companies workforce supply to its wide spectrum of clients both on and off-site.
Often the first port of call for existing clients, Darren excels in the planning, management, and implementation of work and production schedules to ensure client deadlines & KPI’s are met. His key focus is maintaining that the Thorpe Platinum Plus standard is met each and every day.
